About Yoofs
Yoofs is a satirical tapping game set on the top deck of a bus. The Government's new £100 fine for playing music out loud on buses is in force, and you've been handed a lanyard. Tap anyone blasting sound out of their phone, from drill on the school run to FaceTime on speaker and a man with a speaker the size of a wheelie bin. Leave the people wearing headphones, the snorers and the window-gazers alone, though. Survive five stops, from the school run to the night bus, before the noise meter fills up.
How to play Yoofs
- Press Get on, then Start.
- Tap anyone with music notes and a volume bar coming off them to fine them £100.
- Leave people wearing headphones, sleeping or just sitting there. Fining them makes it louder, because now they're complaining.
- Fine people quickly one after another for a combo, and watch out for yoofs hiding their phones and passengers who argue.
- Keep the noise meter from filling up and survive all five stops.
Tips
Go for the loudest passengers first, because the wheelie-bin speaker fills the meter fastest. When the yoofs start passing the phone round, fine whoever's holding it.
